Feast of St. Drausinus of Soissons, bishop and founder. Built a monastery, 2 churches, and a convent at Soissons. Medieval legend says that to spend the night at Drausinus’ tomb made one invincible. Patron of champions and to thwart enemy plots.

Feast of St. Piran (Pyran), Fifth-century Cornish abbot and hermit.  St. Piran’s Day is the National Day of Cornwall.  Patron of tin miners and Cornwall, although Saint Michael and Saint Petroc also have some claim to the title
